The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) will decide the new base wage and allowances for the teachers who received promotions.
The following benefits, which are largely dependent on the type of work they do, how long they have been in the field, and their job group, are guaranteed by the commission to teachers.
All teachers receive the following benefits: a monthly house allowance, a leave stipend that is provided to all instructors once, and a monthly commuter allowance.
Conversely, TSC provides Disability Guide Allowance to teachers employed in special schools and difficulty Allowance to instructors working in areas of difficulty.
Moreover, all teachers are eligible for medical benefits and transfer allowance, which is paid to them at the rate of one month’s basic salary upon transfer.
Keep in mind that transfer allowances are governed by CORT regulations.
