Monthly Allowances For TSC Teachers per Grade

Commuter Allowance
All teachers receive these salaries at different rates as per to each group as follows:
C2 earn sh 5,000
C3 earn sh 6,000
C4 earn sh 8,000
C5 earn sh 8,000
Disability Guide Allowance
This allowance is paid to teachers who work under special schools.
These teachers get their payment at a rate of sh 20,000 monthly for all job groups both in C2, C3, C4 and C5
Annual Leave Allowance
Payable to all teachers so as to support them during their annual leave.
Teachers get paid at a rate of 6,000 monthly for all job groups from C2, C3, C4 to C5.
House Allowance
Payment of this allowance varies depending on the location where a teacher is stationed.
The rates range between 6,000 to 35,000 per month
Hardship Allowance
The teachers working in hardship areas are normally compensated with this allowance following challenging living conditions.
