Parties have the right to take whatever steps are needed to get back any loans or credit lines that have been defaulted on.
The parties may also have to tell any guarantors who have a relationship with the person who is defaulting on a loan or credit line.
If an employee fails to meet their financial responsibilities, this could be seen as misconduct, which could lead to punishment by the Commission.
How to Pay the Service Fee:
These third parties need to pay TSC a service fee so that they can process deductions, data, information, reports, and other services connected to the check off facility.
It’s important to remember that the TSC sets the rates for the service charge, which should be fully covered by the third party.
